- I realize that Peter was being somewhat tongue in cheek, since Peter
- is himself the author of _Expert C Programming: Deep C Secrets_. Of
- the 8 Java texts I've looked at so far, at least two are by authors
- who have also written C and/or C++ texts (Michael Daconta's _Java for
- C/C++ Programmers_ is the other that I know about).
